Solar Concierge, MyDomino

Job Description: As a Solar Concierge for MyDomino, you’ll work closely with and report directly to our
Director of Energy Concierge Services. Your mission is to create and execute the most
effective process to close solar sales with our customers, manage ongoing relationships, 
and achieve sales quotas. The position is an independent contributor role best suited for
an experienced inside solar sales closer, who enjoys being on the phone a lot, to lead

 Prioritize and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a high-
volume, fast-paced environment
 Design solar proposals in partner portals and present to customers to effectively
 Understand and discuss the relative advantages of various forms of solar financing
 Structure solar financial proposals to meet customer needs by using cash proposals, 
lease proposals, Power Purchase Agreements, and home equity or PACE loans
 Enter and consistently update data on assigned customers in Zoho, our CRM system
 Create a consistent customer follow-up process to build ongoing relationships and
help move customers through MyDomino’s 3-step path after they decide to go solar
 Track, monitor, and meet or exceed assigned KPIs established by management

 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 A smiling, charismatic phone presence
 Diplomacy, tact, and professionalism under pressure
 Unshakable positive attitude and ability to contribute to a positive, upbeat work
 Good time-management skills with ability to work within tight deadlines
 Minimum 1 - 3 years of inside solar sales experience with proven track record of
 Computer / internet savvy, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
 Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRM preferred
 Must be okay working in an office with Hobbes, the MyDomino dog

Position Location: OUR LOCATION We're based in Uptown Oakland, the new SoMa of the Bay Area, 2 minutes from Snow Park/Lake Merritt and 2 minutes from the 19th Street BART station, 3 stops from San Francisco, 2 stops from Berkeley, and 5 stops from Walnut Creek.

Salary: Full-time position, salary of $40,000 – $50,000 D.O.E. with health benefits.
