Sales Manager-West Coast, WINAICO
Expanding dealer/installer network by prospecting, cold-calling, pitching and building relationships with potential partners in prime West Coast markets.
Deepen and explore business relationships with new and existing partners.
Train partner sales teams on WINAICO products
Provide regular reporting to management, including sales pipeline development, forecasting, and market condition updates.
Travel throughout the West Coast via car or airplane.
A Minimum 3 years’ experience in solar or account management. Experience within the West Coast photovoltaic energy market is highly preferred.
Background in business and market development for technical products sold into residential, commercial, utility and distributor channels, such as power electronics, HVAC, or home appliances.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment and a goal focused, self-starter who can work independently.
Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships.
Articulate and concise with strong writing and persuasive presentation skills.
Residency in California or surrounding area
